Rules & Regulations
All powers relating to disciplinary action against the students shall vest with the Management of School Toppers.
1. The management shall exercise all powers necessary for maintenance of discipline, including the power to impose fine, forfeiture of attendance, suspension or debarring a student from the Institute for limited/unlimited period.
2. If any student is expelled from the Institute, intimation of the same with a statement of the reason thereof shall be given forthwith, by the management to the parent or guardian of the student.
3. Memoranda, petitions or complaints from individual student of the institute to any higher authority must be submitted to the management.
4. Ragging is prohibited vide Maharashtra State ‘Anti-Ragging Act, 1999. Any student found indulging in ragging in any form within or outside the Institute shall be immediately expelled from the Institute and necessary disciplinary action will be taken as per orders of Honourable Supreme Court of India.
5. Students are required to show due regard to the property of the Institute. Any student found guilty of defacing or damaging property like doors, windows, furniture, equipment, fixtures, books, buildings, vehicles, etc. of the Institute shall be liable for penal action and expulsion from the Institute.
6. Students shall behave in a disciplined manner and follow all the instructions issued by the management from time to time. They shall not indulge in any kind of misconduct/antisocial activities/ act of indiscipline, within or outside the premises of the institute. If they do so, they will be subject to strict disciplinary action or may face expulsion from the Institute. Every student should endeavour to uphold the high ideals, the good name, and the prestige of the Institute
7. No student should take the law into his/her own hands, whatever the circumstances may be. Use of violence by a student on any other person will be viewed seriously and dealt with severely. Students shall make representation for any difficulty or grievance directly to the teacher or management. The decision of the management in these matters shall be final.
8. Students should adhere to the dress regulations prescribed by the institute and are reguired to wear the prescribed uniform.
9. No student shall be permitted to attend classes & take the examination unless he /she has paid all his / her dues to the institute. The management reserves right to cancel admission & further classes of a student on non-payment of fees.
10. All students shall carry their identity cards and shall produce them whenever called for by the authorities.
11. The management reserves the right to remove from the rolls the name of any student who fails to pay the fees on time. A late fee penalty of 18% will be applicable if the fees is not paid within the due date.
12. The management reserves the rights to change the location of coaching premises as & when required. It’s the parents responsibility to check whether the child has reached the premises of School Toppers on time, the management of School Toppers will not be responsible of the child has not reached the institute.
13. The management of School Toppers shall not be held responsible for any medical emergencies of the student within the premises of institute.
14. The Parents / Guardians of the students are expected to see that their Wards should adhere the rules & regulations of the Institute. The Parents are expected to see that the conduct of their Wards should be at par with acceptable social norms of the Indian Culture and in no way tarnish the name and image of the institute.
15. The Institute reserves the right to delete, to add or amend the rules & regulations given above as and when deems necessary.
16. Being a professional institute and with students who are adults (eligible to exercise their adult franchise); we expect a high standard of discipline with emphasis on self-discipline.
17. Coaching fees paid till date is not refundable in any circumstances.
18. Kindly be informed that coaching fees is completely separate from fees to be paid at school for integrated programme.
19. No video or audio recording of any lectures or any activities conducted in the premises of School Toppers are allowed. The management of School Toppers has the right to publish the photographs, testimonials, results, video & audio recordings of the students/ parents for branding of the institute.
20. Usage of mobile phones during the lectures are strictly prohibited & usage of mobile phones within the premises of school toppers
21. Only veg food items are allowed within the premises of school toppers.
22. The management of School Toppers is not responsible for the activities of the students outside the premises of School Toppers.
23. Any change in residence or telephone numbers has to be immediately informed to the management in writing with proper documents
24. The management of School Toppers is not responsible for back up lectures of students who are absent on recurring basis or long absentees.
25. No retest will be given for absentees & students are requested to do self- assessment
26. Students are not allowed when ailing from any infectious or viral diseases.
27. Pupils are required to address the teachers & all other members of non -teaching staff with due respect & politeness.
28. Students are not requested to call the teachers on the personal numbers, if you need any support kindly contact the admin team.
29. Parents /students are not expected to share any material provided by School Toppers without the consent of the management.
30. Any legal matter / dispute related to fees refund will be subject to Thane city jurisdiction only.
