Akhil Tewari is an IIT alumnus, education entrepreneur, and the Founder, CEO & Director of School Toppers, an award-winning IIT alumni–led coaching institute known for consistent results in JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, MHT-CET, BITSAT, and Board Examinations.
With over a decade of excellence in academic leadership, he is the author of the best-selling book Rank Up Physics (MTG Publications), widely used by JEE aspirants across India. His leadership philosophy emphasizes structured, concept-driven learning systems that replace rote methods with clarity, application, and measurable performance outcomes.

About Sweta Tewari | Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer – School Toppers
Sweta Tewari is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of School Toppers, an IIT alumni–led education venture focused on transforming how students learn in India. As the COO, she leads growth strategy, operations, institutional partnerships, and nationwide expansion, playing a pivotal role in scaling School Toppers into a trusted academic brand.
Founded by Sweta Tewari and Akhil Tewari, School Toppers is built on a New Age Learning Methodology developed by a team of IITians. This methodology integrates interactive learning, deep conceptual lectures, structured practice, and performance analytics, ensuring students move beyond rote memorization toward true academic understanding.
Under Sweta Tewari’s leadership, School Toppers has entered an exponential growth phase, expanding its presence across Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai, and strengthening collaborations with leading schools. Her operational leadership has helped build scalable academic systems that consistently deliver strong board results and competitive exam success.
